✦ 1-Week Notice

All orders need at least 1 week's notice. Last-minute orders are sometimes possible depending on my availability, so just ask!

✦ Pickup Hours

Cakes can be picked up between 1pm and 7pm.

✦ Delivery

Can't pick up? You can book an Uber Courier on the day, paid separately. Once your cake is with the driver, I can't guarantee its condition in transit.

✦ Payment

All payments go through Square.

Booking more than a week ahead? A 50% deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before pickup.

Booking within a week? Full payment is required before your order moves forward.

✦ Pricing

Menu prices are base prices with minimal decor. Any extra decor will be an additional charge.

✦ Inspo Pics

Not required, but greatly appreciated so we're on the same page with your design!

Photos are for inspiration, but just a heads up, I don't do exact copies of cakes from other cake artists. I'll use your reference to create something similar and unique for you!

If you don't provide a design idea or inspo photo, you'll receive a more minimal design.

✦ Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable unless you cancel at least 4 days before your booked date. If you change your mind, please let me know as soon as possible.

✦ Cake Care

All cakes are buttercream frosted. If chilled, let it sit at room temp for at least 2 hours before cutting (it's best kept at room temp until and after the event). Store leftovers in an airtight container.
